Thompson, LaMalfa Introduce Pacific Flyaway Habitat Enhancement Act
Washington – Today, Representatives Mike Thompson (D-CA) and Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) announced the introduction of the Pacific Flyway Habitat Enhancement Act to allow the Secretary of Agriculture to enroll additional agricultural lands in the Farm Service Agency’s Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP).
Thompson, Huffman Announce $166,875 Department of Justice Grant Awarded to the City of Santa Rosa
“This $166,875 grant will provide much-needed support for the Santa Rosa Police Department,” said Rep. Thompson. “I was glad to join Rep. St. Helena – Today, Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-04) and Assembly Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry released an invitation to local high school students to join their 2024-2025 Student Leadership Council.
The Student Leadership Council is an exciting program that allows local students to work directly with their elected officials and staff to develop leadership skills, learn how government works, and engage with our community. The Council is open to all high school students who live in California's 4th Congressional District or California's 4th Assembly District.

Washington – Today, U.S. Representatives Mike Thompson (D-CA), Mike Kelly (R-PA), Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), Brad Wenstrup (R-OH), Dwight Evans (D-PA), David Valadao (R-CA), Jimmy Panetta (D-CA), and Max Miller (R-OH) announced the introduction of H.R. 9263, the Supporting Innovation in Agriculture Act. The bipartisan legislation provides tax incentives to accelerate the deployment of innovative farming technologies for U.S. specialty crop producers.
