Washington – On Wednesday, March 4, Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-04) and Rep. James Moylan (Guam-AL) will hold a press conference in HVC Studio A at 2:00 p.m. to announce the introduction of their bipartisan Lowering Student Loans Act, legislation to lower the cost of students loans by setting a fixed two percent interest rate for all Federal Direct student loans.
